Highly recommend the drive thru service at this branch. I had a great experience handing in a hand full of car batteries along with some other misc metalsAsk for Josh he was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I brought in and their going rates. It was a refreshing experience compared to some other companies (rude and rip off) he dealt with me quickly and professionally, would definitely return with my future scrap metal!

Picture the scene: Vehicle broken down opposite Endless Metals Wairau. After two hours I’m still awaiting the arrival of the tow truck.To my surprise, and untold gratitude, a young lady from Endless Metals crosses the busy four lane road and presents me with a mug of coffee and a bowl of chips.She’d noticed me sat there and thought I might need something to drink and something to nibble on.Now considering I wasn’t actually at Endless Metals and I received this amount of ‘not even a customer’ service the mind boggles at the thought of the kind of service I would have received if I HAD been a customer.My heartfelt thanks go to that young lady and I commend Endless Metals on employing a human of such high caliber and community service.PS: Surely this feedback has earned said young lady a gargantuan pay rise. No? Ah well, I tried for ya young missey.

I’ve been a customer on wairau since the beginning and I must say that not only did I not see our usual guy .. but the substitute guy had a different vibe .. inspecting what regulars wouldNormally bring in makes you feel like he wants to give you a few cents less ..Where as the normal vibe is friendly service , good prices and helping the community increasing positive reviews and also referring more mates to comeback to endless metals wairau right ?2 and a half years of good service then just this 1 guy changed the mood I reckon .My previous review shall remain below as this was my original experience .Ive been meaning to write this review last month as i had a good and friendly experience upon my visit 😊 excellent and professional service when it comes to pricing of scrap and honest review. They make time for you. Keep it up mate👍🏻

Amazing service!
